We didn't use the fireplace as our kids are a little squeamish around real fires, but it's a beautiful option. The bathrooms are a-plenty. Every room has it's own bathroom which is pretty dang special. Very clean.The first day had plenty of snow for the kids, but it melts pretty quickly. Nothing the owners can control, of course. We will probably try again with a December or January stay for colder fun. We suggest you be very respectful of the neighbors. If you're respectful of the neighbors, they are also respectful, kind and generous to you. If you're looking for a place to party hard with no consequences, you'll probably want to choose a different location. "
